Kirstin is Chloe's owner who cares very deeply for her pet and is willing to give up her happiness for the love of her dog.

Chloe:

Chloe is a friendly West Highland White Terrier that's very loyal to her owner Kirstin. She is a very playful and outgoing dog despite her elderly age.

The Vet: 

The vet's appearance is short but provides Chloe with the medical necessities she requires.

World and Research: 

Chloe's world takes place mostly in Kirstin's car and at the Vet's office. Although, a lot of the artwork was featured in an illustration style for the film.
